Guest Booking Policies

1. BEFORE YOU BOOK

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • For reservations made manually via WhatsApp, payment must be completed via online bank transfer within 24 hours of placing the reservation.
  • Unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled after the 24-hour courtesy hold.

Daily Breakfast Included (Not Buffet Style)

  • Our breakfast is not buffet style, but served as a hot set meal each morning.
  • As breakfast is served in set form, guests do not choose from a menu.
  • It is non-pork and non-lard, with ingredients primarily sourced from Halal-certified suppliers.
  • We warmly welcome our Muslim guests and encourage you to decide based on your own comfort level.
  • For vegetarian guests, we provide a simple vegetarian breakfast upon request. Choices are limited to bread with butter/jam/cheese, or for those who consume eggs, bread with a hard-boiled or fried egg. Please note that vegetarian selections are basic and may not vary daily.

Child & Extra Guest Policy

  • Children under 6 years old stay for free and enjoy complimentary breakfast when sharing existing beds.
  • An additional charge of RM54 per person per night (incl. SST) applies for extra guests who do not require an extra mattress. This includes one breakfast.
  • Extra single floor mattress sets (mattress, pillow, duvet, and one breakfast) are available at RM108 per set per night (incl. SST), subject to room size and availability.
  • Not all room types can accommodate extra mattresses — please check with us before making your booking.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

  • The reservation can be canceled for free until 23:59, 30 day(s) before check-in.
  • If the reservation is canceled after 23:59, 30 day(s) before check-in, 50% of the booking total will be charged.
  • If the reservation is canceled after 23:59, 14 day(s) before check-in, 100% of the booking total will be charged.

2. ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN INFORMATION

Front Desk Operating Hours

  • 08:00 AM – 09:00 PM
  • Check-in time: After 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Check-out time: From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in before 3:00 PM: Subject to availability and charged at RM108 (inclusive of SST).
  • Late check-out until 1:00 PM: Subject to availability and charged at RM108 (inclusive of SST).
  • A valid Malaysian I.C. or Passport must be presented upon check-in.

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of RM100 or RM200 per room (depending on room type) will be collected during check-in. Please prepare cash in advance.
  • The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage, missing item or additional cleaning is required.

Property Access & Safety

  • We are located within a gated property; access is restricted to registered guests only.
  • For safety reasons, please supervise children at all times, especially near the stream, balcony railings, and stairs.

3. DURING YOUR STAY

House Rules

  • No smoking or vaping is allowed.
    Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. We aim to maintain a smoke-free environment for the comfort and safety of all guests. A penalty will apply if smoking is detected inside guest rooms.
  • No pets allowed on the property.
    We are not a pet-friendly premise. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted within the property.
  • No cooking/BBQ allowed.
    Cooking is not permitted in guest rooms or anywhere on the property.
  • No camping allowed.
    Setting up tents or outdoor camping equipment is not allowed within the property grounds.
  • No parties or loud gatherings after 10:00 PM.
    Please respect quiet hours for the comfort of fellow guests. Keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM.
  • Only registered guests may stay overnight.
    For security reasons, all visitors must register at the front desk and leave by 9:00 PM.
  • Insects and bugs are part of the natural environment.
    As we are close to nature, insect visitors are normal. Please avoid harming them and inform our staff if assistance is needed.
  • Please do not pick flowers or damage plants.
    Help us preserve the beauty of our garden and respect the shared natural environment.

Damage or Loss Liability

  • Guests will be charged for any damage to the room, furniture, or fixtures beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Lost room keys will incur a replacement fee of RM50.

Force Majeure

Sling & Stone Mountain Suites will not be held liable for cancellations, changes, or service interruptions caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
